SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING Policy & Rates 


Within the UK & Northern Ireland territories Shipping is via Royal Mail Second Class or Courier of our choosing and the Shipping Rate is as stated in the website product listing.

 

For delivery outside UK & Northern Ireland territories (“Overseas Delivery”) we use Royal Mail Special Delivery and shipping is dependent on item, size and weight. Costs will be both agreed and paid before shipping.

 

For OVERSEAS DELIVERY we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which automatically provides us with a receipt to prove that the item has been posted and requires a signature by you on arrival that proves delivery. Costs vary on item, weight and size. Said costs are to be agreed and paid before shipping.

 

When weather systems are bad we ask you to bear with us as your item will have been sent via either Royal Mail or a courier of our choosing, but they could have a back log of parcels to deliver to hard to get to areas.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

 

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your good(s) as ordered or in the unlikely event that your good(s) arrive damaged please contact Love4bags (see below) immediately.

 

Where good(s) are claimed to have been delivered damaged we require at least 5 good quality photographs of the damaged good(s) and packaging emailed to Love4Bags (see below). Where an order is claimed not delivered we will instigate a “Track and Trace” process. Track and Trace processes can take up to five (5) working days to complete. Once the undelivered order(s) or damaged good(s) are proven (See Track and Trace process / photographic evidence rules) a replacement will be despatched.

 

We’re committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you’ll enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange something you have purchased. If a product develops a fault within 14days of delivery please contact us at (see below) to discuss either exchange or ”Refund” (see below). Note goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be exchanged but returned as is at the customers’ expense.

 

If you decide the item purchased does not suit you requirement you have 14 days from the date of purchase to instigate a return by emailing Love4Bags at the email address below. There are things you must ensure when returning an item:

  1. Please ensure all the tags and labels remain attached;

  2. Please carefully wrap the item ready for packaging;

  3. Whilst the item is in transit it remains your responsibility. We recommend you consider insured postage in case of damages, or lost packages, as a refund, or exchange, will not be issued if the item arrives in an un-saleable condition or lost in transit.

  4. Once the item has been received and passes resale conditions (per above) a refund for the purchase price (ex postage) will be issued to the payment method used to make the purchase.

 

All returns should be made within 14 days after the date of delivery and be sent back to us by either Recorded Delivery, or a Certified Delivery method requiring our signature upon receipt of good(s).
